My name is Garron and I have been qualified as a "yachtie" with my stcw and yacht hand course since july. I have been snapping up on some very useful experience since arriving in Ft Lauderdale in October in the form of daywork, the most recent being M/Y Lady Michelle. However, I am yet to find a permanent position and would very much like to do so. I recently completed my Bachelors degree in finance, however, i would much rather pursue a career in Yachting as I feel this is where my passion lies.

I am seeking a deckhand position, but i am also open to assist with cooking for crew as well as doing some engineering work to gain some experience in this department.

I am a hardworking individual, a team player with truckloads of enthusiasm and am very willing to learn whilst being a fast learner too. I pride myself on my loyalty and attention to detail. If there are any positions or contacts anyone can put me in touch with, i really would appreciate it.

    What is your nationality?

It would be helpful to let us know your country of citizenship. It makes a big difference as to who is legally allowed to hire you.
