I'm interested in possibly hiring a full-time captain for a 2007 Meridian 368 that will be part of a fractional ownership fleet. What is the typical salary for a certified captain that I can expect to pay? Additionally, would a captain with engineering or electrical certification command a higher salary? If so, what percentage over and above the typical salary for a captain not certified in these areas?

Thank you in advance for any responses.

Hi, you have a pretty strange request? Will the boat be used just for daytrips or where should the captain stay overnight? Normally you just need a basic certificate to run such a boat, not a captain/engineer that would cost the owners several times more than the ownership of the boat?
