Does anyone have a referral for a "safety consultant?" Where does one go to get an evaluation and recommendations on safe-ifying a yacht? Specifically looking for information for a client on a 65-82' trawler.

I've got a contact I can refer you / your client to, however he's overseas at the moment. How soon are you looking to connect the two?

He will likely be out of the country for the next 30 days. Don't know if that would work for you. PM for details if it is.

We (no ads here, p.m. me) will be happy to provide your client with anything from a full on flag approved SSP to a simple consult to determne the level of risk and security options suited to the owner's exposure.
