Hi mates! I need some help.

I'm a RYA yachtmaster offshore sail not commercially endorsed. I work as skipper in Italy. I know I need to endorse my YM. My goal is to up the ladder so I'm thinking to get more training and try to catch a MCA Master 200. The thing is at my city in America there's just an IYT school offering a Master of Yacht 200 limited, that's the same as YM offshore commercially endorsed which I have and unlimited. I'm quite attractive to do this course because I can get already commercial endorsed power and sail at the same time and then maybe apply for a MCA Master 200 or go for the unlimited on future.

My questions are: Is there a big difference between RYA and IYT?

Should I go for this course and jump to IYT or stay at RYA side endorse my YM offshore and go for a conversion to motor and then apply for the MCA Master 200 and/or on future a YM Ocean?

My focus is professional work. Get in super yacht or small to medium yacht where to grow and captain it.

    Regards,
