Hi, returning from another trip to Venice I was wondering what the rules are to ride my own boat (or dinghy) in the canals of Venice?

    - Many thanks!

On the 188' Cammenga "Midnight Saga" now 'S'cape, we were one of the first large motoryachts to enter the Venice canals since the 1930's. That was back in 1990, today many yachts visit.

You are not allowed in any of the canals except the Grand Canal in a private vessel.
