Hello all. I am looking at buying my first boat, probably a 20-25 ft day cruiser, and was wondering if anyone knew of good online resources to become familiar with boat models, strengths and weaknesses, etc. One of the things that I am especially interested in looking at is hull life. There is a place nearby where I could buy a 21' O'day pretty cheap, but it was built in the early 70's. While I am sure that a hull COULD last that long if taken care of well, Iam also sure that some manufacturers put out hulls that will hold up longer/better even if not taken care of as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
