Hi everyone, I have a 330 Mariner and need to replace my water heater, has anyone replaced theirs? I sure could use some suggestions on getting old one out. Short of pulling generator or engine.

Not familiar with your boat but I was thinking when the day arrives a Sawzall would become a friend.

Our original is leaking, Looks to me like removal will be with a Sawz-All.

Although it might be that first just removing the cubical water heater enclosure may render the remaining tank bits small enough to shift without destruction.

Market survey suggests different brands, different shapes, maybe can mean a new one can be wiggled through without having to remove engine bits. (A Torrid horizontal cylindrical model, in our case.)

Thank you Ranger, cutting it up is on the menu. I have looked for a different brand and so far the one I like is a Johnson. Now back the the removal.

It's out. Used my trusted Wiss snips and one cut down the center did the trick .
