    Agree. We see it too. They figure if they are trolling or have a fish on they are not subject to the rules or just simply just don’t know them or don’t care.

    We don't understand their mentality. We're boaters, we learn the rules ( well most of us do).
    For them the boat is just a method to get to the fish, nothing more.

    Reminds me of a conversation I had here recently with someone who was upset that a ferry didn't slow down for him.
