    Yesterday, March 6th, 2007, we eclipsed last year’s one-day hit/visitor record…

    Hits: 856,217
    Pages: 22,440
    Visitors: 4902
    KBytes: 5,332,735

Also, I forgot to post this last month, but in January we finally cracked 20 million hits. I've deleted all of 2006's stats because they're taxing the server's resources...

So many hits, so few posts...
Just goes to show that almost everyone and their mothers are checking out YachForums.
Congrats Carl (or maybe not since you have to pay for all that disk space).

    Congrats!
All that traffic and not a single cop handing out a ticket.:D
Ok, can't resist, there must be a forum just for those that eat gooey sweet round pastry things with 12 guage holes through the middle.

Reminds me of a bumper sticker I once saw:

    BAD COP--NO DOUGHNUT

Congratulations, Carl. Maybe YF will soon be The Next Big Thing.

If YF is going to be the next big thing, where can I sign up and be a ground-floor investor?

Sure would be neat... to be the next big thing. But that's not going to happen to a website based on yachts. Simply too remote, too exclusive. However, I can say we're driving numbers that are considered industry leading for almost any Internet sector at this point. :)

Thanks for the kudos, but we're all in this together. I'm just here to keep the code from breaking!

Whoops... I made a mistake! Our record number of hits for one day was set in October of 2006, when we received 987,331 hits. But the number of visitors was lower.

Sorry 'bout that. Too many things to remember. Insufficient capacity!
