No affiliation, just a satisfied, loyal customer.

I had a few batteries go bad last week.
They were quite a few years old so, no surprises.
My battery charger is a Crown model made by Raritan.
I thought it might be possible that the 30 + year old charger was cooking the batteries.

While waiting for replacement batteries, I called Ratian and asked for tech support.
Got a tech, explained my situation and he said:
" We haven't made ANY inverters for years but there is a guy here who might be able to help you"

He put on hold for a little bit and then another Tech came on the line.
Mike listened to my issue and told me exactly how to trouble shoot the charger as well as how to tell if it's running properly and what to look for.

I have always had good luck with Raritan.
They have never failed to help me out with other issues.
Mike could easily said " sorry, we're not in that business any longer" and hung up.
But he took the time to speak with me and talk me through it.

We often read negative feedback from disgruntled customers of some company or other and I thought it was proper to give credit to a historically good customer service company.

It also kind of ties in with a different thread here about getting what you pay for,,,,,,,,,

    My $ 00.02.

Yup , good stuff and service. I have the luxury of stopping by there Millville NJ office when I needed to get heads serviced which is very rare , or get new scratch and dent items or factory rebuilds .....they are always pleasant and helpful. Such as the Crown head, you can get just the motor, a rebuilt unit from them , and not have to replace the entire head ya know...

Ahh the ole Crown Consti-volt, good stuff.
