    I am in the market for a new set of 5-blade wheels. Can anyone recommend a specific manufacturer that they have had a good experience with? I want an outfit that has good customer service, accurate engineering, quick turnaround time, and reasonable prices. I know it's a lot to ask these days, but lets give it a try.

    Let me clarify, I am looking for a manufacturer to order custom props from. I use LPS for my service, and would buy off the shelf props from them, but I need custom props manufactured. I am familiar with the big names such as Rolla and Michigan Wheel, but I want to know if anyone has dealt with the smaller outfits that CNC them in house. Sorry for the confusion.

    Hi,

    I have not come across anyone who CNC's Props out of a block of metal in one go. They are usually cast and then finish machined.

    If you are not looking for local service you could try Schafran, KaMeWa for top quality props
