   I am new to this forum and wonder if anyone can give advice, I'm looking at a Princess V52 which has Cat-12 715hp engines are these any good as compared to Volvo Penta engines. Also, any info or opinions regarding the Princess V52 would greatly be appreciated.

   I maintain a 52 with c12's, we'e put over 120 trouble free hours on them since the current owner bought her, and the warranty maintennce records show just normal maintenance prior.

   I agree. I've had to wait several weeks for valve parts that the cat dealer would either have in stock or have in a day, many times
