    Pictures?

Spray Windex through the screen from the outside, keep it wet, works better on a cool, damp day.

Window trim knives are bent to get behind glass, might be what you need.

Have you tried pushing them in from the outside? Take a dinghy alongside the boat and give it a try. Make sure the catches are open.

Neptunus used a lot of non opening portholes. But if they have the dogs on the inside, then it's just a stuck gasket. I think you can run a thin putty knife between the porthole and gasket on the inside to help break them loose.

Captain J, thanks, they do have the dogs hence my newbie assumption that they open. I think a combo of the windex, helping from outside, thanks T.K., as well as the thin razor knife should do the trick. Hope so as I hate to waste the cool breezes mother nature is supplying us with. Don ???
