    Hi,

Some of the info on MT is obviously in correct.

If it really is 135m long and 12m beam it is pencil thin to put it mildly,

    If a 78m x 12.4m yacht goes north of 2000 GT I seriously doubt a 135m one could only be 2999 GT.

I was not referencing that (and new that data is incorrect). I was referring that there is no new information regarding the project such as a second round of sea trials or a delivery time window or even new photos.

    Hi,

    My apologies.

I saw the no. as a big no.(number) meaning the GT or other dimensions.

No need, I understand the confusion. The gross tonnage, though, is correct (or 2990) in regards that it is consistent to a promo video that Oceanco developed previously.

It's that time again. It's been about four months since launch. Is she going to be delivered soon?

Do you think, Y709 has an owner to be delivered to? IMHO, it looks like a spec yacht on hold for a launching customer, in order to give him (or her) a few final choices as far interior decoration is concerned.

Oceanco would not be the only Dutch or Med based yard doing so. As long as the boats are all finally sold at an profitable price, why not. A bit risky but it keeps their stuff busy.

The only thing, you have to do is, customize your customer to your allready customized built boat :D.

It very well could be but would they just keep it at the yard until it's sold or would they try to do some advertising by taking it around and doing photo shoots? On their website, they have a list of Oceanco yachts for sale and I would think they would list her eventually there.

Y709 has performed some sea trials and is now back at the yard according to AIS.

I thought I made a post here but I guess it never went through (or sorry if it was deleted) but any more news? She's been launched for six months now...

Carl has pointed out that two days of posts were lost in the transition between servers. So not intentionally deleted. And since we can't see it, we will all consider it to have been a great post.

The wording was exquisite. Without a doubt, that post should have been immortalized forever as being the most immaculate post this forum has ever or will ever see. Yet, it will be banished to the deepest depths of the internet, never to be seen again.

Finally some potential news. According to a post from HISWA, she should be delivered by the end of the week (after about 7 months).
