    Yea she is in pretty bad shape it looks like. Hopefully it is going to get worked on.

    This is typical for yachts from this yard, when they get older. They need much more maintenance and care. The neccessary refit and overhaul intervalls are much shorter than on Luerssen, Abeking or Feadship yachts of that age. Especially fairing and painting requires high skilled and motivated workers and a vast amount of quality control and last but not least, a perfect climate controlled and dust free working enviroment. Building high quality large yachts is definately no assembly line production.

    There is a difference in using sub contractors for fairing and painting from Spain for example, than from Romania or Turkey.

    Sorry, but buying quality pays off in the long run, gentlemen!!

    three month refit complate.
    -hull new paint midnight blue
    - engine,generator,navigation equıpment update
    - all teak and wood surfaces revarnised
    -new carpets
    -leather upholteary new
    -all silverware new

    I understand the stern is getting removed and some major modifications to carry tender and toys are on the way

    Here they are suggesting she will be modified to become a support vessel which kinda goes in the direction of what you are suggesting too.

    The owner's new yacht is in the process of being built and she will use it as a support ship.
    (old support yacht sold,still own 2 super yacht)

    According to Raphael Belly she will be the support vessel for Y722. All I can say is wow.

    All I can say is wow too. Would of never guessed this yacht would of become a support yacht.

    What’s more interesting is that the owner has a couple yachts now that are all getting extensive refits (or are in build). Would have thought that he would have kept one for use while the rest are getting work done.
