Ocean Village Marina, Gibraltar

I saw this video a few months ago and realized the walkways and pathways looked like they were done over at this marina village but I wasn't sure.



You see some of the palm trees are braced to keep them upright...typically seen after being freshly planted. Then I have been seeing Marina Projects talking about the completed the redesign of this same marina.
