  1. Renders Of Westport 117 Revealed
Renders of the currently under construction Westport 117 have now surfaced giving a visual reference to what the new vessel will look like when completed. The GRP build will feature a raised pilot house design with a sleek Westport Glass bridge. The vessel is being built to ABS Classification and will still appear very familiar to Westport fans!
  2. Onboard, the yard has definitely gone in a chic and modern contemporary direction offering very luxe interiors for its clients. Below is an example of what the main salon could look like then completed. The formal dining space is to the aft of the salon, closer to the sliding glass doors.
  3. Clean lines and a modern experience describe the wheelhouse. It is a raised pilot house design and offers great visibility for the captain and those on watch. Five large screens should suffice for the display of critical information. Partially-hidden Red LED lightning wash the desk areas for soft, eye-friendly operations at night. There is direct access to the flybridge which has the secondary helm controls.
  4. Moving down a couple levels to the lower deck you will find the yacht's accommodation. Up to eight should be able to be slept comfortably aboard. The master suite has the prime midships location taking advantage of the 7.7-meter beam. The yacht also carries a full-beam VIP suite. A double and twin category cabins round out the guest accommodation. There are also two cabins for crew members in the aft of the hull.
  5. CAT C32 ACERT marine diesels will power the vessel up to an anticipated 24-knots. With 1,900 horse power each side, fast cruising speeds should be in the area of 19 to 20-knots. Other amenities onboard include a small beach club, a jacuzzi, tender storage on the aft flybridge. Look out for the first hull in this model to be completed in 2021.
