    To our regular readers,

When the "News" and "Reviews" Feature forums were coded, I created thumbnails to accompany each listing. This has never been done before with vB's software, to the best of my knowledge. In doing this, I removed the script that keeps count of the 'Views" for all of our News features.

If you do a search for today's latest posts and you see a new press release posted in the News section, you may notice it's showing minimal views; usually just 3 to 4. That's because the original piece was laid up in a stealth forum, then it is proof read read by Lars, Kevin and myself before it is moved over to the News section. Once it hits this section, views are no longer tabulated.

It's been on my mind to post this for about a year.

Tonight, I finally got around to it.

I don't envy you digging through the bowels of vB.
    Nice work.

I saw that the cookie / read all threads item got fixed too.

Well, my friend, you win the award. Here is your very own, for you to keep and cherish, a round Tuit.

One of my former bosses used to give these out to the procrastinators on the team. No, never got one.

Thank you for the Round Tuit Tom. From you, this is like winning the Pulitzer. For those that don't know Tom's work ethic, imagine this... you live out of a suitcase, a good meal is served in last class, your always in a disaster zone and when you return home, your dog thinks you're a burglar because you've been gone so long. Basically, Tom wears an "S" on his chest. And he always wears a smile, no matter how long the day.

Thanks for the kind words, Bro. Finally have a weekend home to chill a bit and catch up with life. Just spent a week in Las Vegas and stayed at the Rio hotel. Great place for a conference, casino was nice and comfortable and the restaurants on site are very good. Oh yeah, and I helped out the local economic situation by leaving some green at the tables.
    It's all good.
