Two Oceans is presently working on a new 27-meter power cat that is approaching the final stages of completion. The yacht is officially known as the Two Oceans 870 Power Catamaran. The customer is a couple from the Indian Ocean region and the boat will be going to The Seychelles. The design is a collaboration between Two Oceans and Du Toit Yacht Design.

Two cabins for guests are located on the lower deck while the large owners suite is located on the main deck. Two crew members are to be situated in each hull while their crew quarters is also on the main deck. The yacht will be able to takes its owners on expeditionary trips with its impressive array of toys and facilities. Utilizing the yacht's sizable 13.4-meter beam, they will be able to fit a large tender transverse on the aft upper deck. You could easily fit a 35-foot tender on that deck if needed. Elsewhere there is storage on the foredeck for a couple PWCs. Dive compressors will be installed onboard to facilitate scuba diving.

The layout onboard on the main deck is open plan with galley-up configuration and the decor is contemporary and comfortable. An 11,400 LT fuel capacity will ensure extended time away from shore. When it is time to come near shore for anchoring and exploring shallow confines, the 870 Power Cat should have no issues with the 1.9-meter draft it has. The is described to be in its final months of build so launching and delivery will be this year.
