  1. Top Six Largest Yachts For Sale at MYS 2023
September is quickly approaching and that means the some of the major European yacht shows are about to commence. This means the 2023 edition of the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) is also forthcoming. As usual, there will be a plethora of superyachts for sale and available for purchase. Here we run through the Top Six of the notable names that are for sale and expected to attend the show this year.
  2. Perhaps one of the largest yachts for sale at the show this year will be the Lurssen "Kismet". Kismet is a 95-2-meter superyacht built by German custom superyacht builder Lurssen and she is for sale because the owner's latest superyacht was recently launched by Lurssen. Espen Oeino is the designer behind the exterior of Kismet while Reymond Langton fashioned the interior style. The yacht was built in 2014 and can carry up to 16 guests and 27 crew with her vast 2,928 GT interior volume. Kismet's asking price is €149,000,000. YachtForums published an extensive review of Kismet, here... https://www.yachtforums.com/review/lurssen-yachts-312-kismet-ii-superyacht.26253/
  3. The near 69-meter Feadship "Drizzle" is on the market asking €69,000,000 (VAT paid). She is a 2012 built superyacht and has been maintained well over the years. She has an exterior design by De Voogt Naval Architects and a spacious 1,274 GT interior by RWD. Twelve guests along with 18 crew can be accommodated onboard. She has MTU power onboard that can run her to a maximum speed of 16.5-knots.
  4. The Lurssen "Polar Star" is next on the list. This 65.2-meter superyacht was built in 2005 bearing the design work of Espen Oeino. On the interior Pauline Nunns Associates Ltd was tasked to design and style. The interior volume on this vessel is more substantial than Drizzle coming in at 1,495 GT despite being a couple meters shorter than the Feadship. Carrying twelve guests and twenty crew Polar Star is a globe-trotting yacht built for long-range cruising. With a capacity to carry over 200,000 LT of fuel and a top speed just under 16-knots Polar Star can stretch the range as well as make her €64,000,000 asking price worth it.
  5. A Benetti is next on the list. "Seanna" was built in 2011 and is asking €49,500,000. At 65-meters she has an internal volume of 1,425 GT capable of sleeping fourteen guests and seventeen crew. With CAT power onboard the yacht is able to make a top speed of 16.8-knots.
  6. "Flag" is a Feadship built in the year 2000. The 62.3-meter superyacht is asking $46,000,000. The 1,078 GT interior was redone by Chahan Interior Design while the exterior was by De Voogt Naval Architects. A s many as 18 guests can stay onboard taken care of by 17 crew. 16.6-knots is her top speed with CAT engines and she can cross oceans with her 137,000 LT capacity fuel tanks.
