In Build Third Virtus Hull At Mengi Yay Sold

Mengi Yay yard has successfully gained the sale of the third 47-meter Virtus model. This particular yacht has a design by VYD Studio with Naval Architecture coming from the boards of Ginton Naval Architects. The yacht is being built with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure where spacious interiors finished to a symphony of Dutch and Italian design.

If you have been following our articles you would notice that the first 47-meter Virtus model -called "La Vie"- has been launched and at the time, the second hull was already under construction and already sold and the third hull was also in construction being built on speculation. Since then, the third hull has been sold and now has an owner. This hull is expected to be delivered in 2023.

It is expected the third hull will have similar performance to the previous two hulls which should ensure a top speed of 14.5-knots. Special features that have been designed for this model include an onboard jacuzzi, a beach club in the transom, folding terraces to improve views from inward to the exterior surroundings. Sunbathing areas for guests to relax, side opening tender garage and open-plan interior concept.
