Steeler Yachts is at the ongoing 2023 edition of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) and they are eager to tell you that they have been nominated for Fox Sports 'Best boat of the show' for their Steeler 60S Performance. So what makes the Steeler 60S Performance award-winning? The Steeler 60S Performance is actually a move on from the 50-footers in their lineup. Their Performance boats are built in aluminium and are designed as modern vessels but with a nod to the past. What exactly do you see? A sport ship? A glamour yacht? An explorerl? Well, Steeler says it is all these things and more.

Two 850 horse power six-cylinder MAN diesels stand side-by-side in the midship engine room. They produce 1700 horsepower and a top speed of around 28-knots with a very comfortable cruising speed at around 22-knots. Both propellers operate within a so-called prop guard, a cage-shaped keel unit to protect them from becoming stuck or damaged in shallower depths.

In the STEELER 60S Performance interior, the vessel is finished with high-gloss Mahogany timber along with sumptuous fabrics. This yacht is also known as the center sleeper, because of the location of the master suite which is situated midship under the wheelhouse. To the fore in the bow there is a second VIP cabin, also with its own bathroom.
