Ocean Alexander is on a roll with the announcement of the sale and delivery of the 6th hull in the OA 35R model. Earlier this month they advised of the sale of a new 27R with metallic paint finish. The 'R' in the model name refers to Revolution and at present the Revolution line features the 27R, 30R and 35R. As for the 6th hull in the 35R model being sold that was facilitated by Michael Tyrrell of MarineMax Pompano.

The new owners were actually looking for a pre-owned yacht with a budget in the region of 10-million. However, when they saw the 35R it ticked all their boxes on their wishlist. However, this meant they had to fork out some extra money as one of these yachts can start around 15 million. "The quality, fit, finish, coupled with engineering and equipment is what separates Ocean Alexander from other manufacturers," said Tyrrell. "Simply stated, Ocean Alexander is the ultimate luxury yacht in its class. It was a pleasure witnessing these buyers transition from their initial focus on pre-owned yachts to becoming excited new owners of a 35R."

This transaction marks the first Ocean Alexander for the buyers and highlights the ongoing demand for the 35R’s innovative design and superior craftsmanship. The new owners plan to begin their journey in Florida before setting out for extensive travels, including destinations known for their scenic coastlines, world-class marinas, and pristine waters. The yacht will be used exclusively for private enjoyment, offering them the ultimate platform for relaxation and adventure.

Construction as you will expect was made in GRP materials for both hull and superstructure. Twin MAN marine diesels are onboard. Naval Architecture for the OA 35R is by Arrabito Naval Architects while both the interior and design design work is by Evan K Marshall. The interiors are always modern, light and airy and spacious. These yachts have internal volumes of up to 299 GT carrying up to 10 guests in 5 cabins.
