35-meter 'SpaceCat' Under Construction At Silver Yachts

Australian yard Silver Yachts is continuing on the work on two new builds at its yards. The sistership to the 85-meter "BOLD" as well as a 35.5-meter aluminium power CAT called 'Space Cat'/ While that is not the final name it simply refers to the copious amounts of space that can be found with this design platform. The external design for the CAT is by Espen Oeino along with Silver Yachts. With a healthy beam of 13.3-meters (nearly 44-feet), she definitely is worth of the name Space Cat. Below is a line-drawing of the vessel by Espen Oeino.

External spaces on this yacht comprise on approximately 575 square meters with interior matching approximately 300 square meters. There is amply room aboard this vessel. Accommodation is offered in a five-cabin layout with a master suite, two twins (with pullman berths as an optional feature) and two doubles all with ensuite facilities. With low-resistance hulls, the vessel will be slippery through the water as is common with anything Silver Yachts builds. Top speed is slated to be 21-knots with a cruising speed of 16-knots calculated. Delivery is anticipated for the middle of 2021.
