Silver Yachts Unveils "Silver Edge" Superyacht

The newest design from Australian yard Silver Yachts (formerly Hanseatic Marine) has emerged and it is called "Silver Edge". You would be right if you thought the design looks familiar...,maybe like many of their past designs such as "Silver", "Silver Zwei", "Smeralda" etc. By far, the yard's most popular was their last launch called "BOLD". Now they are taking it to the edge, with a much more angular and edgy version of the early Silver vessels.

Silver Edge is a 79.5-meter superyacht with design by Espen Oeino. 1,030 GT in internal volume is what they propose this yacht offers her future owner and guests. Speaking of guests, Silver Edge can carry up to eighteen (18) of them in eight (8) cabins. The most spacious of them is the master suite naturally and this measures a comfortable 95 square meter owners cabin with ensuite and private owners salon located on the upper deck. Four double cabins along with three VIP grade suites are also available for guests. For crew, there are twelve (12) cabins for up to seventeen (17) crew.

There is no advertised interior designer as yet. The interior is still waiting to be transformed into a custom abode for the new owner. The exterior and deck spaces have been finalized by Espen Oeino and Silver Yachts. One of the prominent features of the decks this time is the presence of a full-sized pool. Yes the pervious yachts had small dip pools but Silver Edge has an actual 5-meter main pool on the aft main deck with a glass bottom designed to filter light into the beach club below. The upper deck has a custom jacuzzi along with a myriad of relaxation spaces like al fresco dining and wide real-estate of sunpads. Other features onboard include a gym, beach club and lounge as well as a touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck. This yacht has been set up for world travel and will naturally have Trans-Atlantic range and an impressive cruising speed like her sisterships.
