Rossi Navi Rolls Out 63-meter "Utopia IV"

The world is now in a state of perfect nature and ideal in situation for Italian builder Rossi Navi with the impending launch of their 63-meter superyacht "Utopia IV". This yacht was under construction as Project 'Vector' and being finished for an American customer. The design of this sleek fast-displacement vessel is by Team4Design headed by Enrico Gobbi. The interior is also fashioned by Team4Design while the Naval Architecture is by Arrabito Naval Architects. Below is a photo of the yacht during roll out by Michele Chiroli.

The low, sleek and automotive approach to the design hides her 63-meter frame well but the internal volume is around 930 GT. Accommodations onboard are for twelve guests in six cabins. The owner has a full-beam master suite that comes with a large 6-meter balcony. Massive windows on either side are sure to provide great views while the principal relaxes in the huge double bathroom with large jacuzzi. No doubt alot of attention is being given to the propulsion aspects of Utopia IV.

Her sleek appearance is as much as for form and function. Four Rolls Royce engines are fitted to water jets to provide the power needed to run Utopia IV to 28-knots top-end. The hull form and combined power onboard is also sufficient to allow this yacht to use under 40 percent power and still achieve 18-knots. This new yacht has been rolled out but Rossi Navi suggests she will be splashed tomorrow. Stay tuned!
