  1. Announcements and Sales In February
February has had a flurry of activity with announcements and sales from the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) as well as individual contracts. For some of the announcements coming out of the recently held DIBS you can follow our coverage https://www.yachtforums.com/threads...ai-international-yacht-show-highlights.39244/ and https://www.yachtforums.com/threads/day-2-2025-dubai-international-yacht-show-highlights.39246/ . One of the other contracts signed at the DIBS was for the first hull in the Majesty 145 model.
  2. The first hull in the Majesty 145 model is expected to be ready for launch in the Spring of 2026. This vessel now sits in the middle of the most recent Majesty models with the 100 Terrace and the Majesty 175 on the upper end. As for the 145, the highlights include ample space given to the exterior decks along with small pools and jacuzzis available for guest use. The design is in collaboration with Cristiano Gatto. "The Majesty 145 embodies our commitment to innovation, blending timeless luxury with modern advancements. We are excited to see this vision come to life and continue setting new benchmarks in the yachting industry", said Gulf Craft.
  3. The first UNICA 45-meter has been sold to a customer from United States. The vessel is the first in the brand new UNICA series and is anticipated to be ready for delivery in 2027. The design is a collaboration between Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design and Palumbo Superyachts. It is a displacement luxury yacht with the ability to travel long distances on its 60,000 LT fuel capacity using twin CAT C32s. Top speed is estimated to be 15-knots with a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10-knots.
  4. The stern area is probably going to see alot of use with guests as it is open and provides a free-flow cascade from the aft main deck down to the water. Utilizing a similar idea to the Benetti Oasis aft deck , this zone is a reimagination. Four double cabins will be found on the lower deck while a large master suite is in the traditional main deck location. Al fresco areas are abundant on this yacht from bow to stern and additionally there is a large 16-meter sun deck for guests to have a higher vantage point onboard while they relax.
  5. A 41-meter has been sold recently with Aegean Yachts being the builder. The yacht is going by the Project name 'Obsidian Blade'. The yacht is based on the yard's Project 'Tempest' platform which the client loved but wanted it slightly larger and more customized leading to the Obsidian Blade Project. The yacht will be able to cater to 12 guests. The interior volume will be around the 299 GT mark. This yacht was reportedly purchased with cryptocurrency.
  6. The 7th Oceano 50 was sold now being called Project 'Nexus'. She will be ready for delivery in 2027 with a 6 guest cabin layout with 5 rooms on the lower deck and master suite on the main deck. Internal volume onboard will be just under the 500 GT mark. MTU power is onboard to run the vessel to a top speed of 16-knots and she has a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 11-knots.
  7. Admiral has a 73-meter superyacht in build that was resold this month. It goes by the name of Project 'Primo' and the form-factor may look familiar as it is similar in styling to yachts like "Life Saga" and "JAS". The exterior and Naval Architecture are inhouse by Admiral while the interior is the work of FM Architettura. A six cabin layout for her 12 guests will be onboard and the internal volume should be around 1,450 GT. This yacht should deliver in 2027.
