The latest hull of the Nordhavn 68 model has arrived in Dana Point, CA after offloading in Ensenada, Mexico. The new N68 vessel was shipped across from the Ta Shing factory in Taiwan. This vessel was launched in early August. Now that she is at Nordhavn's headquarters the vessel will undergo commissioning works over the next few weeks.

The rich grey hull contrasts deeply with the bright white of the superstructure. With the pilothouse situated forward the aft upper deck has alot of space for tender and toy storage. A crane is also located in this area to facilitate the loading and unloading process. A few steps up is the flybridge position complete with secondary helm position and al-fresco seating. The N68 incorporates a modern feel, better space planning and perfectly fills the size gap that exists between the aft pilothouse N63 and the larger Nordhavn 76 in the current Nordhavn line-up. You typically see the N68 in the aft pilothouse configuration but as in this case forward pilothouse arrangement is also requested by owners. The N68 typically displaces just above 200,000 lbs and should have a three cabin layout for guests in an owner suite and two guest cabins.
