One of the newest N63 units from Nordhavn has now been delivered and believed to be named "Martini". She is hull 6319 of the N63 model and was commissioned in Dana Point, California. The new owners have grand plans for their new house on the water. Initial plans are for West Coast cruising for the 1st year that includes Mexico. Central America and Caribbean are in the scope for year two.

The vessel has the standard Nordhavn 63 layout. The Pilothouse includes twin helm chairs with captain’s cabin featuring enclosed head and separate stall shower. The exterior is finished in a light grey for the hull and bright contrasting white for the superstructure. The internal areas are woody utilizing Teak interior with Teak and Ebony sole. Granite stone has been used as countertops and as tile on the bathroom floors.

Martini has some extras that will make operating the boat much easier and an enjoyable one. There is a full hydraulic system onboard. Other notable features onboard include stabilizers, hydraulic pumps on both main and wing engine, bow and stern thrusters, windlass, anchor washdown and emergency bilge pump. Creature comforts like a BBQ grill in the cockpit, Highfield SP420 tender with 60 horse power Yamaha engine for shore trips, swim step extension to allow ease of entry/exit to and from the water.

Time at sea will not be a problem either as the boat has its own water-making facilities. In fact there are two watermakers that includes one 1,200 GPD Dometic Spot Zero system. There are a couple solar panels installed to help with hotel load. There is full walkaround capability on the bridge deck thanks to the Portuguese style bridge. Two generators are onboard with one being rated at 20 kw and the other a 9 kw generator. There is a single engine on this N63 typically a John Deere 6090AFM 325 horse power @2200 rpm.
