First EXTRA 86 FAST By ISA Launches In Italy

Italian yard ISA Yachts recently launched the first hull in the EXTRA 86 FAST line. Back in September of last year YF reported to you this hull picked up an owner. This EXTRA 86 FAST is aptly because of the propulsion package onboard designed to allow it to run faster. You will find triple Volvo Penta IPS 1350s that are capable of running this 86-foot yacht to 30-knots.

The 'normal' EXTRA 86 will also be soon launched in time to be displayed at Cannes Yachting Festival in September. 'Normal' being that it is the same vessel essentially but with standard Volvo propulsion. The design of the EXTRA 86 Fast like all the other models is by Francesco Guida. Onboard you will find a four cabin layout which includes a master suite, VIP and two single cabins.

ISA is looking to add even more models to the EXTRA line. The EXTRA 93 and Alloy 130 will be added to the lineup soon. The largest of the original set, the EXTRA 126 is also expected to make an appearance soon. One of the highlights of this class of vessel is the forward lounge that is completely wrapped in glass resulting in a unique feel, view and experience.
