A further evolution of the TT range of yachts at Invictus yachts has led to the creation of the TT550 model. It is a much more open and airy design permitting greater connection with the exterior surroundings while aboard. The Cannes Yachting Festival is where you will see the global debut for the TT550 alongside the new ST550 which was announced to the public in September 2024. For the TT550 the design language is by Christian Grande.

Invictus has piled on the knowledge and success from the slightly smaller TT460 improving the model to create the TT550. Now being 16.87-meters it now sits at the top of the TT range making it the flagship. The vessel is more than a large superyacht tender, even though some owners may choose to utilize it in that way as a luxury chase boat. However, the TT550 is a stand-alone vessel being able to do anything from day-boat duties to a weekender. On the lower deck deck there will likely be master and a VIP category rooms However, a third smaller cabin can be added or have a galley-down configuration or TV lounge.

The vessel is open yet still has a cozy feel on the main deck thanks to a large carbon fiber hardtop which blends seamlessly into the structure. This results in shade and protection for those in the multi-zoned, relaxing, dining and 'galley-ette' area behind the helm position. Aft of the U-shaped built-in seating with the two expandable cocktail tables is a large sunbed. This overlooks the stern and features low-profile railings making it possible to utilize while underway. The bulwarks in this area also fold down to open-up to sides further.

In terms of performance, the vessel will be run by the space-saving Volvo Penta IPS system. It appears customers can choose up to IPS950 power with this model which still permits levels of flexibility. If you are attending the Dubai International Boat Show, that starts today and Invictus is there but the TT550 will be making its debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
