Second Burger 180 Interior Renders Released

Currently under construction as Hull 515 by the Burger Boat Company, the second hull in the company's 180-foot model has well underway and interior renderings have now been released. That interior is by Patrick Knowles from Patrick Knowles Design showcases mid-toned to light design ethos that complements the large floor-to-ceiling windows found throughout the yachts interior.

Warmth is added to the interior through the utilization of timbers like Fumed American Walnut in conjunction with Oak. Leathers and soft fabrics on the walls, ceilings and under foot are of much lighter palette giving a balanced interior environment.

The cabins have their own personality even though they still follow the general theming from Patrick Knowles. Neutral with the creams and tans are offset by the warmer Walnut and finally vibrance is introduced into the soft furnishings and accessories like the throw cushions and coverups on the bedding. The master suite takes advantage of the yacht's 33-foot beam by still placing the bed centrally in the space as some interior space is slightly lost to the built-in balcony on the starboard side. The plus-side is no crew are needed to utilize the balcony.

5 cabins are onboard for guest and owner accommodation. The master suite is on the main deck forward position while four cabins are on the lower deck. These will have the capability to be converted into two large family suites if necessary. However, the model can carry up to 6 guest cabins for as many as 14 guests. The Burger 180 will be able to run on her own bottom on Trans-Atlantic crossings with a 4,000 nautical mile range at 11-knots. Onboard she has a pair of CAT 3512C marine diesels that are IMO Tier II compliant.
