Crescent Yachts has a Custom 112-footer currently under construction and the good news is that it has been sold and the new owner will take delivery in 2023. The exterior is by Gregory C Marshall with an interior by H2 Yacht Design. The vessel is located in Seattle and is in a moderate stage of construction but now that an owner has come on board the process will be accelerated.

The interior layout should feature a four cabin layout for the guests with three of them located on the lower deck with a large VIP grade suite. The master itself should be located on the upper deck facing aft. Brief dimensions include a length of 34.14-meters with a beam of 7.98-meters and internal volume worth 260 GT. With the four cabin layout a maximum of 10 guests should be able to be carried based on the layout. Although there might be a possibility of the new owner changing a few aspects of the build. There is also room to have 4 crew members onboard.

This new owner took advantage of an opportunity to purchase a yacht that was already under construction therefore lowering their wait-time and perhaps less cost of acquisition. The vessel is carrying a pair of CAT C-18 marine diesels which should be able to get this vessel near 18-knots wide throttle or 12-knots for range-extending missions.
