  1. "Solle One" Launched; First Swan Arrow Unit
Normally we do not cover this side of the industry but this is an exception. You may be familiar with Nautor Swan as a sail boat builder but since their acquisition by SanLorenzo recently they are continuing along the power boat vein as a diversification to their portfolio. The yacht yard just launched their flagship powerboat called "Solle One", a 23.2-meter from the Swan Arrow power division. That yacht will be making its debut at next month's Cannes Yachting Festival.
  2. The Swan Arrow model was actually introduced to the public at last year's 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival. The idea was originally conceptualized as a superyacht chase boat but as time went along it morphed into what can be described as a full-fledged and independent day-boat/weekender. The yacht has a full walkaround design on the main deck making access from bow to stern easy and safe whether at rest or underway. Jarkko Jämsén is responsible for the yacht's exterior design.
  3. This vessel has a beam of 6.9-meters at its widest and carries a standardized 3-cabin guest layout below. However, customers can opt for a much roomier 2-cabin plan fore and aft with a communal space midships. On main deck, the glassed-in deck house can be opened or closed depending on the weather or how much wind is desired in the space. Many of the glass components do slide or move. Aft is the yacht's beach club area which can be fully opened-up to the water. Measuring an impressive 50 square meters, side bulwarks fold down to create a sizable terrace on the water.
  4. Performance wise, there are no outboards on this yacht as it features inboard power by Volvo Penta. Triple Volvo Penta inboard engines will push this vessel to a 40-knot top-end. “When we started designing the first model we thought it would be just an incredibly beautiful 'chase boat' to go alongside our Swans," said Leonardo Ferragamo, Nautor Group president. "When it was launched the result was overwhelming as it became a boat of its own, creating its specific niche in our waters and becoming a great day boat."
