  1. 37-meter "Maximus III" In Build At Crescent Custom Yachts
A new yacht is under construction being built by Crescent Custom Yachts. It is the 36.6-meter custom luxury yacht called "Maximus III". The vessel is currently in build at the Vancouver-based shipyard and not surprisingly features design by Gregory C Marshall. The new Maximus build isn't the first for this particular client as the name might suggest, being the third with this name. The new tri-deck yacht will be the latest for this repeat customer.
  2. As you will notice from the renderings, there is going to be a sportfishing platform located on the stern of the vessel to match with the client's brief. Despite this personal feature the owner will still have this vessel on the market for charter. Once complete Maximus III will be available for charter running on the West Coast that should include Pacific Northwest and Alaska during the Summer seasons. However, in the winter, the yacht will make a move south to Mexican waters and ply that respective season in areas like Ixtapa, Cabo San Lucas and La Paz.
  3. Onboard the accommodation is laid out a bit differently. The master suite or 'sky suite' as it will be referred to as onboard is located midships on the upper deck and will benefit from being nearly full-beam. There is also an exterior deck where the owner will be able to come on to to enjoy the scenery and fresh air. This deck is also where the tender will be stored. With the master suite located on the upper deck the forward main deck position is taken by the full-beam VIP suite. Furthermore there are two other guest cabins on the lower deck.
  4. The vessel's interior is one that will be light given the type of materials and tones involved. Light-coloured leathers, white Onyx, light timbers are employed in the build. The flybridge is the highest guest deck and features a bar, sunpads, jacuzzi, al-fresco dining and a secondary helm station. A PWC can also be stored to the aft of the deck reachable by the crane on the aft deck below. Maximus III is expected to be delivered in 2025 to be the second-most notable yacht from the yard in the last few years. The flagship of the yard, the 50-meter "Danzante Bay", was also recently delivered a couple months ago. Below is a look at Danzante Bay showing how the two yachts will differ in size and style.
