News: Crescent 145' Yacht Rolls Out of Build Shed

Canadian builder Crescent Yachts has had a cloudy existence in recent years and a number of projects that were in-build fell victim to circumstances. The Crescent 145 - previously known as the Crescent 144 - was one of them. However, thanks to new ownership taking over the yard and the previously stalled 144 project being resold we now have the Crescent 145. She won't hit the water just yet though as there is still much to do to prepare her for that point.

The yacht is said to be going to an American client and bears both interior and exterior design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett. Naval Architecture comes via Jack Sarin. The Crescent 145 is expected to splash in August and then trialed and delivered to the owner. A number of other projects are in various stages of build or awaiting sale. There is a Crescent 110 for an American owner as well as a larger Crescent 155 in the design phases. Additionally, there is a 115-foot explorer styled yacht that was also part of the yard's previous circumstances and she is available for purchase.
