The latest from Crescent Custom Yachts has hit the water. She is the first 36-meter unit, aptly named the Crescent 117. The model will make her regional debut at the Vancouver and Seattle Boat Shows once completed. Since she was launched so late in the year, the yacht will be completed in 2020 after satisfying sea trials and testing. The design is by Gregory C. Marshall and this yacht is currently for sale..

The Canadian-built yacht is expected to offer ten guests accommodation in five cabins. Two VIP grade cabins along with two doubles and a full-beam master suite are on offer for guests. Guests will be able to enjoy the Crescent 117's three decks with a raised pilot house design. While there is a raised pilot house, there is also a secondary helm station forward on the flybridge directly accessible from the bridge. There is accommodation for up to five crew members as well.

The flybridge will double as guest space as well as stowage. The forward end of the deck which is slightly raised is where all the seating for guests is located protected by a large hardtop. Down a couple steps and you will find the sole external jacuzzi on the port-side and a grilling station on the starboard all finished with natural stonework. Aft of here is where the vessel's main tender and PWC find its stowage.

While no official numbers are out on the yacht's performance it is expected the Crescent 117 will attain a 29-knot top-end. Slower and more efficient speeds will extend her cruising range but 24-knots is her higher cruising run. Her paint work is a simple white and black accents for a broader appeal. The Crescent 117 was announced at the 2018 edition of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).
