Giangrasso AP 24 To Debut At Cannes Yachting Festival

The Giangrasso Group is expected to launch their first yacht - 24-meter Giangrasso AP 24- later this year. The yacht is expected to make its world debut at the 2025 edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival in September so that should give you a timeline of when it should be launching. The keel was only laid-down in April 2024 but is coming along in construction to design work by Arrabito Naval Architects and VYD Studio.

Being built in aluminium the AP 24 will have an interior designed by Michela Reverberi. Up to 9 can be slept onboard with a 4 cabin layout. Three crew members can be on hand to run the vessel. The interior style is light and airy as well as a modern contemporary aesthetic as the renders showcase. Michela Reverberi suggested that the interior styling was inspired by an orchid.

It is believed this vessel has twin MAN 1,650 horse power engines onboard that are likely to propel the yacht to a top end of 27-knots. Fast cruising will be in the region of 23-knots. It is not the end for the company after construction is completed, as a second hull has been sold and they are plans in the works to build larger vessels specifically with a 34-meter and 45-meter platform being targeted.

The AP 24 is only 24-meters long with a beam of 6.3-meters or about 20.6-feet. Not a large boat but the layout provides a comfortable solution to life on the water. The yacht is actually expected to be delivered towards the end of July 2025 in order to let the owner have a month's time enjoying the vessel before it has to be presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
