News: Benetti Delivers 90M Superyacht "Lionheart"

90-meter Superyacht "Lionheart" Delivered By Benetti

Italian luxury yacht manufacturer Benetti Yachts has successfully delivered their largest superyacht to-date. The 90-meter (298-foot) "Lionheart" has been handed over to their Benetti repeat-client owner and the yacht has been already spotted in Malta since leaving Benetti's Italian facilities. Many will know that this is the third yacht with the same name from Benetti for this particular owner. The latest Lionheart was built shrouded in relative secrecy.

Even with her delivery there is still not an abundance of information known on the brand new superyacht. We do know that her design is by Benetti and Stefano Natucci on the outside and the interior is by Green & Mingarelli. The new Lionheart takes over the title for largest Benetti superyacht from the well-known "Kingdom 5KR" (which measures around 86-meters). In these internet photos (below by Valetta), we can see the tender garage is up front in the bow served by shell doors. Aft of this position is perhaps the owner's suite featuring two balconies on either side of the space. Aft in the hull appears to be an expansive beach club as is suggested by the fold down shell doors by the black tear-drop paint/glazing work. Either way, the Benetti/Natucci collaboration created a very stylish vessel in a triad of yachts for this long-time Benetti client.
