  1. Toy-Carrying Sea Club 53 Launched
One of the latest creations from Azure Yacht Designs recently was launched. It is a 53-meter yacht that was under construction as the Sea Club 53. DYD was responsible for the Naval Architecture while the interior was also the work of Azure. The name Sea Club 53 stems from the large aft platform. This yacht was basically built in three separate sections and then joined together, where the hull, superstructure and the helipad module were all built divorced from each other.
  2. The vessel offers nearly 500 GT of internal volume. Separate from the beach club area, the yard calls the yacht a 'beast' likely referring to its capability to store alot of tenders, watercraft and sea-related equipment. In fact within that helipad module area there is a 50 square meter storage section that contains 20 modular waterpark elements. This will facilitate the crew to produce different waterpark setups every day.
  3. However, the yacht can store a number of tenders onboard too. The impressive list are inclusive of a 13-meter guest tender, a 8.3-meter crew tender, two sailing catamarans, PWCs, two sailing dinghies will sit on the aft main deck underneath in the cover of the helipad above. Other personal toys can also be stored onboard like sea bobs, electric bikes, paddleboards, surfboards etc.
  4. At 53-meters, the yacht stretches to around 8.6-meters in beam and a draft of 2.6-meters. In terms of accommodation the 499 GT vessel can sleep guests in a master suite along with 2 guest cabins. Top speed is extimated to be 15-knots. After final fitting out is done and sea trials satisfactorily concluded then delivery of the Sea Club 53 should be for August. The colour of the yacht is very reminiscent of that of another Azure-designed vessel, "Kenshō". There are indications that the final name of the Sea Club 53 may be "Kaiyō".
