  1. "Danzante Bay" At Crescent Yachts Leaves Shed
The 50-meter "Danzante Bay" that has been under construction at Crescent Yachts has been seen for the first time outside of the shed. The 164-foot yacht is now the largest yacht built by the yard with an internal volume in the region of 499 GT. Both the design and Naval Architecture is by Gregory C Marshall. Even though she is 50-meters Danzante Bay was manufactured in GRP materials for both the hull and superstructure.
  2. You may be wondering about the exterior design and wouldn't be wrong for thinking it looks similar to the hulls that Christensen Yachts built. That is because this hull was acquired from Christensen Yachts and completed at Crescent Custom Yachts. With an LOA of 50-meters she has a beam of 9-meters and a draft in the region of 2.4-meters. Guest accommodation is for twelve in six cabins along with ten crew in five cabins.
  3. The name of the yacht is interesting perhaps pointing to the Mexican Golf Resort area of the same name. With 499 GT worth of interior volume available guests will be able to enjoy her modern interior by H2 Yacht Design. The layout spreads across four decks, three internal guest decks along with the open-air sun deck. The sun deck is large with the aft portion wide open when the tender and toys are launched to the water and there is a crane to facilitate this movement. Sun pads surround the the jacuzzi to the fore of the deck. Forward on the foredeck there is even more seating for guests and even on the prow there is padded seating. This yacht is expected to have ocean-crossing range and a top speed of 16.5-knots and cruising speed of 12-knots.
