24-meter "Magnolia 1" Nearing Completion

After launching just under two months ago the 24-meter "Magnolia 1" trawler yacht is nearing completion. At this stage sea trials should be wrapping up in preparation for delivery. With an actual length of just 23.99-meters and a beam of 6.40-meters (excluding the rub-rails) there is 110 GT of volume inboard for her guests to enjoy. The design is by Taka Design with an interior by Asli Yardimci Hotic/Atilla Eren.

She is powered by a pair of Cummins 610 horse power engines which are adequate enough for a 14-knot top speed and dialed back, permit 2,200 nautical mile range at 9-knots continuously from her 7,000 LT fuel capacity. Her cruising speed is in the region of 12-knots. Construction was made in Acajou Mahogany, epoxy composite with E-glass sheathing.

Six guests can be accommodated on the lower deck in three cabins. These include a master suite that is full-beam, a forward VIP-grade cabin as well as a twin berth. There is also room to sleep up to three crew members. Magnolia 1 should be soon ready for delivery after being under construction since 2020. Features onboard include tender and toy storage on the uppermost aft deck supported by a 800 kg deck crane. Despite her small size the yacht still offers comfortable living with connected areas. Spacious accommodation and living areas on board are key, with a large main deck saloon leading into the galley, main deck lobby and forward to the wheelhouse.
