  1. Palmer Johnson 65.5-meter Project "Stimulus" sold

The newest sale for U.S yacht manufacturer Palmer Johnson recently materialized. She is a 65.5-meter superyacht from their large Sport Yacht line. Palmer Johnson describes the series as being...fierce and feminine, this magnificent Sport Yacht is the largest beauty to expand the Series. The vessel is currently known as Project "Stimulus".

Project Stimulus was sold through ***** Yacht and Ship and represents the largest yacht sold for 2012 thus far. Additionally she is another successful sale for Palmer Johnson through them having had multiple new sales in the last few years.

She possibly will carry twin MTU 16V 4000 ADEC M93L marine engines feeding from approximately 70,000 LT capacity fuel tanks. Top speed was originally set at 30-knots in the PJ 210 model. Some highlights in the design are large pools, the largest is built-in to the foredeck.

There is a second pool on the aft main deck. Additionally there are provisions for the option of a touch-and-go helipad feature and even a dive station. Accommodation is for twelve guests and fourteen crew members. Project Stimulus is expected to create numerous jobs amounting to no-less-than 100 jobs directly at the Palmer Johnson facility.
