  1. OceAnco launch 88.5-meter 'Y707' superyacht

World renowned Dutch superyacht manufacturer OceAnco have just launched their first yacht of 2012 and their latest yacht overall. She is the massive 88.50-meter superyacht built under the hull designation Y707 at OceAnco. Naval Architecture of Y707 has been shared between OceAnco themselves and Azure. The smooth and balanced exterior lines are the work of Sam Sorgiovanni. The interior is also by Sorgiovanni.

Y707 has been constructed in steel and aluminum featuring accommodation for the owner in 1 X Master Suite that includes a jacuzzi on the private exterior deck. There is also 1 X VIP-type suite boasting his and hers ensuite bathrooms as well as a lounge and finally four further VIP-type double guest cabins exist.

Some quick figures on the Y707 state that she is an 88.50-meter long full displacement superyacht classed +100 A1 SSC Yacht (P) MONO G6 +LMC UMS SCM - MCA. She displays a more-than-comfortable overall beam of 14.20meters. That's just under 47-feet wide!- sure to be enjoyed across five decks.

Top speed is a projected 20-knots thanks to a powerful engine package. She totes twin MTU 20V 4000 M74L's that will draw from 280,000 litre tanks. Some stand out features include a large pool situated at the aft of the main deck, overlooking the transom, a helipad suited for a large business/private helicopter, large open deck spaces and a wood-like detail-board wrapping around the entire hull. It easily distinguishes the hull from the superstructure and is done similar to that found on another OceAnco build, "Anastasia" (ex. Y703). Delivery will be expected after she completes her sea trials and other final fit-out.
