  1. Nobiskrug launches 73.55-meter "Mogambo" superyacht

Germany based builder Nobiskrug just launched another 73-meter superyacht. This time she is hull 782 as she was known as in construction but presently known as "Mogambo".

The exterior design styling and interior design were done by Reymond Langton Design. Although Mogambo is similar to her sister "Sapphire" and "Siren", she does bear many cosmetic and style updates that make her distinct and easily distinguishable from her near sisters.

She features a grey hull similar to that of the Siren and has a distinctive grey angled 'paint splash' on the superstructure. The rest of the superstructure is white with 'blacked-out' or masked windows giving her an even sleeker appearance.

The mast is two-toned (grey and white) as is being seen more regular on new launches (eg: "Tango"). Mogambo is a pretty roomy yacht, stretching 73.55-meters long, nearly 40-feet wide (12-meters) and just over 3.50-meters in draught.

Accommodation is offered for twelve guests in six cabins and room enough for nineteen crew members. On the technical side, hull 782 is expected to have a top speed of 17-knots and cruising just under 15-knots. These figures will be made possible via her twin MTU 16V 4000 M60 diesel engines. We can expect that Mogambo will be delivered by the end of 2011.
