Heesen launches 3700 "Aurelia" megayacht​

Dutch yacht manufacturer Heesen successfully launched another yacht recently. A few days ago, the latest member of the Heesen 3700 series hit the Dutch waters. From the first glance it is apparent that this new yacht isn't the average 3700, at least from the painting scheme.

Given the name "Aurelia", the latest hull of the 3700 series was initially known as Project 'Petra' under construction. She is also the tenth Heesen 3700 to be launched and even more interestingly she was launched on the tenth of June. Is it even more coincidental that she has the number 'ten' painted on her racing-car livery?

Dual MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines races her to top end speed of 30-knots. Just like her speed -racy- her staterooms are race car inspired to match with the external livery that is of a Racing Car origin. Even the main 14-foot tender is finished in similar paint scheme as the Aurelia. Upon completion Aurelia will be thrust into the charter market for use in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
