    Hi Guys,

Jollymon is getting Awlgripped starting Monday. Well, actually she's going to be sanded on and prepped for like the next two weeks by two guys from Dream Street Restorations, THEN she's getting getting Algripped. So I need help. Trying to decide what colors to paint her. Looked at the new roamers and the dark hull colors are sooooo preeeeety! So I messed around on my computer to visualize what she'd look like. What is your reaction? Is it sacrilige to not stay original? She's white with blue stripe now.

    Yana,

Your pictures have been re-sized to 540 pixels wide. This is our standard format.

We do this for several reasons...

    1. Large pics take too long to download for dial up users.
    2. Wide pics cause viewers to have to scroll sideways, especially if they are on small monitors (17" or smaller)
    3. Wide pics cause low res viewers to scroll sideways as well.
    4. While we extend unlimited bandwidth, large pictures can slow the servers down significantly and reduce the performance for everyone visiting the site.

We ask everyone to keep their images to *NO* wider than 540 pixels.

    Thank you! :)

And yes, these posts (and pics) should be in the restoration pages. I'll move it accordingly.

(Eric, keeping threads categorized will make searching for related topics much easier for the entire Roamer group, as well as new visitors)

Might have to crack the whip. ;)

Hi Yana. Please, please, please keep your Roamer the original colors! That's floating history that you own. The red, white & blue color scheme is Roamer!!

    GEORGOUS!

Holy Crap that's BEEE-Utiful!!! I went with Flag Blue, (a blue so dark its almost black, thinner gold stripe, white boot stripe at waterline, kept red bottom. Sounds goofy, but looks pretty nice in the shop. I've been begging the guys to send me e-pics to post for you guys to no avai- - Yet -- they are working on the topsides these days (light cream) and I don't want to disturb the process if you know what I mean...thanks for making me feel REAL good about the color choice... :)

So the topsides are cream, the bottom is red, gold stripe & white stripe; where does the flag blue come in, the deck? I'm confused. Help! ;-) t

    Outstanding Works!

Well, of course you know, now you owe us a photo GALLERY, eh? :p
Really sounds wonderful - great color choices.
Love those gold stripes (do they have "arrows" and "feathers"?).
    Cheers!
