I am new to this thread and have been reading through some of the many postings.

I figure this is the best place to begin this new career choice of mine.

After 20+ years in the Land Acquisition/Development industry, I have made a decision change career and venture into the maritime industry. I have owned and operated vessels from 27' to 92'. I just love the water and want to be on the water full time if possible.

I am hopeful to be a part of a larger Sport fisher and do the big boys tournament. I am an avid Billfisher but am very new to it all.

I started my own fishing team with a group of avid fishing buddies and they do all the fishing while I find the fish. Well, I try to anyway.

Recently returned from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico delivery a friends 68' Viking and just loved every bit of that adventure. From Orange Beach, Alabama to the Baja.

At 45, it is time for this career move on my part and would like any advice you professional captains are willing to offer.

I look forward to chatting further and hearing of your great adventures out there. I am just enthused by it all.

    Cheers
