We put six coats of Deks Olje Matte on our newly sanded Portside toe-rail yesterday, finishing up at dusk, then awakened to a steady rain this morning.
However we did remove the original plate glass Port and Starboard Salon windows in August and replaced them with blue Lexan.

Guess we're keeping the colors the same for a while!

    q240z, thanks!
Still waiting to apply Deks Olje Gloss on toe-rail, too wet and it rains when I'm free. How is it going with yours? Anxiously awaiting progress report and more pictures.

How did you decide on the Deks Olje?

Mine's floating and rigged for towing to the marina where the work will continue.

Been using Deks Olje since the 1970s and found that it keeps for a long time.
Attached is a photo from 1982 of my old 38' Owens Mallorca with Deks Olje on the mast which I had treated in 1979. Before I got to the toe-rails the steel party dock where she was berthed at the time sank overnight... glug, glug!
I managed to salvage my salon table and spare 23X23 Nibral props, I think I'll mount them on the wall one day, they're nice and shiny.
