The decal shows how to slide lock and the direction the handles should be in to Run or Prime. They were accidentally painted over and would like to replace. Any ideas?

Maybe save them? By taping off around the decal or not, by rubbing decal with Lacquer thinner and rag or Acetone to carefully remove the paint only.

They were painted over and when I tried to remove the paint with acetone it removed the lettering of the decal.

MAN decal? Call MAN and get a fresh one.
    Racor also.
Print shops can make them also.

Skip- The fuel priming pumps on my Cabo are Reverso. I would look at their website or give them a call.

You could also take a rendering to a local decal shop and have one or two made. Dunno what the cost would be? Maybe the net offers some opportunities too? Also add a diagram to your on board manual for reference.

Print your own on 3M dual purpose transparency film at home. 3M CG5000. I've printed on the film in reverse with a color ink jet printer at home, spray painted a background on the image side, then glued the thing down with either double-stick tape or spray adhesive. The reason to do it in reverse on the adhesive side is that many home printer inks are water soluble.
